Our Home Care Assistants are a very important part of our business in that they actually deliver the domiciliary care to our clients. We understand the needs and motivation of each and every one of our Home Carer Assistants is different, which is why at Keltic Care we treat them as individuals and a very important part of the team.

We expect our Home Care Assistants to possess the excellent inter-personal skills that are such an important part in the provision of domiciliary care.

We operate a flexible work pattern enabling Home Care Assistants to choose the shifts that are best for you, and we provide the full support of a professional manager.

We provide an excellent basic rate of pay with enhancement for special assignments, weekends, nights and bank holidays. We will provide 4 weeks paid annual leave and a tax free mileage allowance to get you to assignments as well as a company pension scheme.

For Home Care Assistants new to the industry we provide a full induction programme that will quickly build the skills that you will need to enable you to become an important part of our team.
