Keltic Care Ltd: Support Services

We are experienced in recognising and supporting people with mental health problems on their recovery journey. Our support ensures that each individual has access to a service that is tailored to their individual needs. Our services provide support for individuals with varying levels of independence. All of our service users have access to a support worker and agree their support plan with them in order to prepare for a successful move into recovery.

Keltic Care employs 60 support staff and is working with as many as 115 clients at any one time, providing supported accommodation to 35 vulnerable adults and supporting an average of 80 people in their own homes.

Our mental health support services range from a few hours per week to providing 24 hours a day, 7 days per week  in a persons home or in our supported housing. Services as listed below.
