John set up Keltic Care along with Company Secretary and Director Michele Reynolds in 1996. Previously both mental health nurses their aim was to build the organisation into the best provider of mental health services in Inverness by making sure that everyone that was supported by Keltic Care took some positive benefit into their daily lives.
Assessment, recovery and community integration became the founding principles of Keltic Care. John is now working with his team on the development of new models of delivering services; social and group enterprises, and a range of innovative support and housing options for people who have experienced or continue to live with a mental health problem.

Claire brought to Keltic Care expertise from Highland Homeless Trust and Meallmore in management and policy. She joined Keltic Care in April 2016 when 'At Home Independent' was acquired by Keltic Care, and specifically managed the transition of services at a time of expansion. Within that time she successfully managed this transition and provided a robust framework which has enabled Keltic Care’s support team to deliver services with the best possible outcomes for clients. Now proving a leading role in the delivery of our service.
